A challenging and very exciting assignment that included a bar, a buffet and a complete industrial kitchen with refrigerators and freezers. Probably the most spectacular industrial kitchen in the country with a bar/buffet made from Faroese basaltic rock. The solution was made in close collaboration with the Hilton Group and Kontrast Architects. Hilton had very particular and comprehensive specifications that had to be followed strictly. The kitchen has three different types of dishwashers, one of which has a tunnel system, where the tableware is washed at various levels, dried, and moved from one place to another. It was particularly important for the customer that the kitchen ensured optimal hygiene, while at the same time was visually appealing and ergonomic for the staff. A decisive factor for the customer was the very high level of service that Leif Mohr can provide.
